It's
only a solution if it solves your problem |
| |
E-learning isn't about whether a learning
management system is SCORM and AICC compliant or whether an
authoring tool supports multiple file types and streaming
video. Those may turn out to be important issues. But until
you've identified the high-level issues, understood the
objectives of your stakeholders, and determined your instructional
strategy, they are essentially meaningless.
E-learning is about business issues teaching the critical
skills and attitudes that will spell success for an organization.
Too many projects get highjacked by software vendors or production
houses that are tied to one solution. Pure Cobalt's team
has developed more than 200 hours of courseware. We've
worked with clients from day one to develop online universities.
But one thing remains constant our focus on outcomes,
not selling technology.

When we started working with
Pure Cobalt, we needed to go deeper than simply creating engaging
web training content. Pure Cobalt helped us focus on the needs
of our learners and the objectives of the organization as a
whole. The result was relevant training, delivered on time and
on budget.
